Make a post look reposted — rendered on your phone, not on a server.
Everything is made on your phone rather than on a server, so a long clip genuinely takes a while — and an older phone takes longer than a new one. The waiting screen shows the frame count and an estimate, so you can tell the difference between slow and stuck.
If it is very slow, try a shorter clip. Video posts are capped at 30 seconds, and the longer the clip the more memory the render needs.
Long clips at full resolution are the usual cause. Try a clip under about ten seconds, and close other apps first. Files over 2 GB will warn you before you start.
Tap Restore purchase on the Post screen. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to an account with us, so it will come back on any phone signed in with the same Apple ID. If it does not, make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you bought it on.
Bangr Mobile needs an internet connection to run. Turn on mobile data or Wi‑Fi and the message clears by itself — there is nothing to tap and nothing is lost.
Ads are the only thing paying for the app, and an ad cannot load without a connection. If you have bought Remove ads you will not see any ads, but a connection is still needed so the App Store can confirm the purchase.
No, and this is worth being clear about, because the app asking for a connection can make it look otherwise. Every render happens on your phone. The connection is used for ads and for checking purchases, never for your files.
Nowhere. They are processed inside the app and never leave the device. See the privacy policy.
All of it is under the preview on the Post screen — scroll past the card. Tick colour, light or dark card, text colour, caption size, and whether your clip fills its box or fits whole.
The more of this you can include, the faster it gets fixed:
