Bangr Mobile makes pictures that are designed to look like social media posts. They are not real posts. Every name, handle, caption and verification mark is typed in by you. The app is not connected to any social network, cannot read anyone's account, and cannot publish anything anywhere.
By using the app you agree not to use it to:
Parody, satire and obvious fiction are what the app is for. The line that matters is whether a reasonable person could be misled into thinking the thing you made is real.
Files exported by the app carry a note inside them recording that they were composed in Bangr Mobile and are not genuine screenshots, along with the time they were made. It is not visible in the picture and it does not change how the picture looks, but it is readable by anyone inspecting the file.
Removing or altering that note in order to pass something off as real is a breach of these terms.
We claim no ownership of anything you create, and nothing you create is sent to us — every render happens on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos and clips you put into it.
Bangr Mobile is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any social network or messaging service. Any third-party names or marks that a user types into a caption belong to their respective owners, and typing one does not make the result genuine or authorised.
If you have seen something made with this app being used to impersonate or deceive, tell us and we will help where we can, including confirming from a file's own metadata that it was generated rather than captured.

The app is provided as it is. It runs entirely on your device, so we cannot see, recover or restore anything you make. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
